What this service is
East Texas Septic Service is a free referral service. We are not a septic contractor. We do not perform, supervise, or guarantee any septic pumping, repair, installation, inspection, or related work. Any septic company you’re referred to is an independently owned and operated business, not our employee, contractor, franchisee, or agent.
Compensation disclosure
We may be paid by the septic companies in our network when a call we route results in a referral or a completed job. It also does not influence which company happens to serve your specific area on a given call; routing is based on location and availability, not on which company pays the most.
No warranty on provider work
Because the companies you’re connected with are independent businesses, we make no warranty or guarantee, express or implied, about the quality, timeliness, licensing status, insurance coverage, pricing, permitting, or outcome of any work performed. That includes, without limitation, any claim about how quickly a company will arrive, how a job will be priced, or whether a specific repair or installation will resolve your issue. Any dispute about work performed, pricing, permitting, or scheduling is between you and the company that did the work.
Provider independence
Septic companies in our network set their own prices, staffing, scheduling, licensing and insurance. We do not control their day-to-day operations and do not audit every job they perform. Before agreeing to work, confirm the company’s TCEQ licensing and insurance status directly with them, confirm any required permit has been filed with the local authorized agent, and get a written, itemized estimate.
